INSPIRATION BEHIND TAXI CUP, TOKYO

Japanese design has long been an inspiration to the R.SPORT team, particularly in the sportswear space. On a quick trip to Tokyo in late 2024, the team were inspired by the colourful array of Taxi's roaming the neon-lit streets of this beautiful city. So much so we decided to design a collection focusing on the quirky patterned and extremely shiny automobiles, coining it the TAXI CUP, TOKYO.

Inspired by the iconic patterns of Japanese taxis, this retro football jersey celebrates classic football style with thoughtful details:
